Why do other management consulting groups have instructors? Because they only have students.
Does MDC Group have students? No - MDC members are all experienced, highly successful individuals who have chosen to come together to share their challenges, opportunities and successes. Therefore, rather than having one person in a "leadership" position, each person is a leader in his or her own right. What we have, instead, is a coordinator & facilitator/coach who can work with each client individually and with the group as a whole.
Each member has a wealth of knowledge and valuable information to share. This gives our group a higher level of operation and expanded thinking. We are the best of the best ... believing in the noble purpose of what we do. We pursue new opportunities without fear of failure, and security that comes from the support and encouragement of our "family." Success is ours!
Meetings are structured around information sharing and development, combined with the pursuit of new ideas. In order to take full advantage of the vast amount of knowledge and resources available within our group, we choose specific topics to focus on at each meeting .... sharing knowledge, forms, procedures, scripts, ads, documentation, and asking questions.
Topics include goals & planning, treatment plans, new patients, reactivation & referrals, longevity (benefit of long term relationships), staffing (selection, hiring, training, managing), advertising, marketing, coding, billing, collections, and more.
Each meeting includes the motivation and inspiration components through CDs & DVDs by Dr. Rolla Pennell and Dr. Gordon Heuser. Meetings also cover positive perception & thinking, new technologies & treatments, "what's working & what's not" sessions, and legal updates.
Meetings are held six or seven times a year in various fun and educational settings within the U.S. And once a year we take a "leisure-learn" trip. 2010 is a South African Safari.
